Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton East - Beavercreek

JUST GREAT. HOT , READY, VARIOUS FOODIES AND BEVERAGES . CLEAN AND CONVIENT. SEATING AND TV EXCEPTIONAL.

This hotel was a stop for my family on a long road trip. The hotel is clean and breakfast selection was great - liked that most items were "grab-and-go" since we had to hit the road right away. I paid ahead on Booking.com, but was still charged for the stay. I called, spoke with Douglas, who handled it quickly, and my refund showed up on my card the next day. Overall, great experience.

The breakfast was great. We needed a place near restaurants and the Air Force museum. We also needed a place to shop at while the men were in the museum. Everything was close by. We would stay there again if we were in the area again. Thanks. The people were very nice that work there.

The shower gel shampoo and conditioner were already in the shower and the hand soap and lotion were at the sink. And they were all in pump containers. So we didn't have to unpack ours.

I loved that the lady who checked me in was very friendly and cared. She asked me which floor I wanted a room on and then she proceeded to make sure we had a room away from the ice maker since it was loud. I was very appreciative of that. She explained breakfast hours and the amenities of course and then she told us we were at the other end of the building so we could park by the other door and go in. I also loved that the lobby was decorated for Christmas. Very cute!
